Qn: What can we do as a member?
Ans: You will be able to add, edit and delete maids bio-data online. Without being a member, you will only able to search the maids database.
Qn: How do we go about signing up as a member?
Ans: First, select Join Us Now at the main page and register yourself as a member. You will not be able to create any maids bio-data at this point of time. After which, email us at contact@asianmaidonline.com with your newly created. Member ID and we will get our representatives to contact you shortly. Once our representatives explain the details on the usage of our service to you and you are agreeable to it, we will give you the access to create and manage your database. Otherwise your newly created Member ID will be deleted. Sounds complicating? It's actually very simple process. Join us now!
Qn: What are the charges for joining Asian Maid Online and how do we make the payment?
Ans: We will collect a nominal fee for your membership, mainly on monthly basis. The mode of payment shall be arranged at mutual convenience. Our representatives will explain to you when they contact you.
Qn: What is the purpose of Quick Find; function at the main page
Ans:The purpose of Quick Find function is for ease of reference should you need to refer to the details of a particular maid without going through the search process.
Qn: Does AsianMaidOnline draw commission from the maid supplier or agent or even the maid when a maid is confirmed?
Ans: AsianMaidOnline only serves as an online database for maid suppliers and agents. We will not draw any commission from our members, expect for their membership subscription fee.
Qn: We are maid suppliers who are interested to post our maids data online but we do not have the time to make the data entries. Is there anything you can do?
Ans:In AsianMaidOnline, we try our best to meet our client requirements and at the same, help them to resolve any difficulties that they may face. We understand that data entry can be quite time consuming but the benefits far outweigh the process. Email us at contact@asianmaidonline.com with your company name, name of contact person, contact number or email and country where the data are kept, we will arrange our representatives to contact you to discuss on possible arrangements that can be made.
Qn: How long will the maid data be kept in the database from the day its created?
Ans: In order to ensure that there will be no obsolete data in the system, we will regularly check and ensure that maid data are within 6 months period. Beyond which, the data will be deleted from the system. This will reduce the search time and all data are updated.
Members who wish to extend the maids data beyond 6 months can make use of this opportunity to reassess the maid, at the same time update her bio-data and create as a new record into the database.
Qn: We are interested to advertise on your website or create a link to our web site. Who should we email to?

Qn: What happens if we forget our log in password?
Ans: Simply email us at contact@asianmaidonline.com giving us your member ID and we will email the password to the email address registered under the member ID contact info. Therefore it is important to keep your contact info updated and we recommend you to change your login password after you receive your password for security reasons.
Qn: What happens if we terminate our membership?
Ans: In the unlikely event that you have decided withdraw your membership, your Member ID and all maids’ data entry which you have made will deleted from our database. After which, you will only be able to access search function and not able to create, edit and delete data. Should you decided to regain your membership, your Member ID shall be subjected to availability and all data have to be re-entered.
